airberlin is one of Europe’s leading airlines and the second largest airline in Germany.

We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Key Account Manager (male/female) to enforce our Italian sales team in Milan (Italy).

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

 

-       To achieve budgeted sales targets by representing the airberlin Group to new and existing corporate clients generating incremental corporate sales through client acquisitions

-       Source and develop new corporate customers in order to promote airberlin group's product portfolio

-               Increase market penetration and market expansion in order to achieve budgeted revenue targets

-       To translate the market potential into concrete business through effective planning focused sales visits and sales presentations as per the defined business strategy

-       Provide key account management through maintaining and developing strong interpersonal relationships with current corporate clients through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence.

-       Represent airberlin at corporate and trade industry events

 

The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:

 

-       Minimum bachelor's degree or Professional Diploma

-       Thorough and broad experience in the corporate segment Italy (minimum 5 years work experience, preferably in a TMC, airline and/or corporate sector)

-       Proactive spirit and oriented to a structured way of  working

-       Consolidated experience in sales & business development

-       Good negotiation skills

-       Good presentation and public speaking skills

-       Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Applications, CRM System (eg. Salesforce), as well as Amadeus a plus

-       Fluent in Italian and English written and spoken,  knowledge of German is a plus

-       Must possess a valid driving license

-       Business references in corporate segment
